Senior Data Scientist

We value experience building production-grade pipelines. Responsibilities: We design and deliver end-to-end data science solutions for complex warehouse challenges. We optimize labor planning, scheduling, wave batching, release decisions, flow, congestion, predictive maintenance, and exception detection. We develop models that directly shape operational decisions through optimization logic and recommendations. We partner with distribution center operators and subject matter experts to embed models into day-to-day workflows. We apply industrial engineering methods such as capacity planning, constraint analysis, workload balancing, throughput optimization, queueing, and flow modeling. We translate operational issues into mathematical models, simulations, and heuristics. We extend solutions across transportation, inventory, customer, and quality domains. We build and productionize machine learning models, optimization engines, simulation frameworks, and data pipelines. We own the full model lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. We convert analytics into operational actions and measurable business results.
