Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description Build and maintain Meridian Softworks's customer data infrastructure end-to-end. Drive tooling strategy for the collection layer and ingestion. Establish instrumentation standards across engineering, product, and marketing. Own identity resolution and attribution at the collection layer. Navigate consent-gated instrumentation within PHI compliance. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, BI, and product as primary stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements University degree in CS or related STEM field; 5+ years in data engineering. Experience evaluating or implementing CDPs; consolidating tooling. Privacy-compliant tracking and consent management (OneTrust/Tealium); server-side tagging. Strong opinions on schema design, event taxonomy, and data quality. Experience with identity resolution, attribution, or cross-domain tracking.
