Senior Data Analyst Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We require 8+ years of relevant analytics experience. We require a bachelors degree, with an advanced degree preferred. We are looking for strong technical expertise, including coding and the application of advanced analytical methods. We need proven experience influencing stakeholders and guiding decisions with data. We value strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: We partner with stakeholders to understand business strategy, priorities, and key questions. We structure ambiguous requests into clear analytical approaches and lead complex projects from end to end. We serve as the analytics lead on cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives. We acquire and combine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. We maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency, and help strengthen data quality standards. We carry out advanced analyses using sophisticated techniques and machine learning to identify trends and insights. We validate methods and raise analytical rigor across the team. We create and present executive-ready insights and visualizations. We turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders. We design, build, and manage recurring reporting and analytics solutions. We promote best practices in data visualization and mentor others in effective storytelling. We mentor and coach analysts across the team. We help build analytics capability through knowledge sharing and training. We support special projects and broader team priorities as needed.
