Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description Lead and mentor a team of Analysts in CX Digital Evolution. Set standards for requirements gathering; reviews and QA of deliverables. Lead requirements gathering for complex solutions; oversee BAs’ workstreams. Translate business needs into functional specs; guide BAs on projects. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions; mitigate risks. Act as escalation point for complex analytical or delivery challenges. 🎯 Requirements Excellent English proficiency (minimum B2 CEFR). Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Admin, Information Systems, Finance, or Computer Science. Minimum 5–7 years in Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst role with mentoring. Knowledge of advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques. Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Looker Studio).
