Your Skills and Experience Who We're Looking For: ✔ 10–15 years of experience in Information Security, including at least 5 years as a Security Architect, Head of Security, or CISO within a financial institution. ✔ Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or operating a Security Operations Center (SOC). ✔ Strong understanding of banking regulations and security compliance, including: State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Information Security regulations AML/CFT requirements Vietnam Personal Data Protection regulations ✔ Professional certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA (strongly preferred; expected for Head-level candidates) CEH ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor ✔ PCI-DSS QSA certification or experience is a strong advantage for candidates specializing in payment security and fraud prevention.
