Senior CRM Developer Administrator

Salary: $105,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements: At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM in production. Strong functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate. Experience creating server-side and client-side CRM customizations with C#, JavaScript, and REST or Dataverse Web APIs. Background in system integrations, complex data synchronization, and structured deployments across multiple environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn unclear production issues into technical solutions independently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to connecting technical constraints with business needs. A secure remote workspace with a wired Ethernet connection, and residence in an approved U.S. state. Preferred: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure integration tools, SQL, and Power BI. Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Power Platform ALM tools. Preferred: Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. Preferred: A bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical training. Responsibilities: Own our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environment, including daily administration, user setup, and security roles. Turn business requirements into scalable configurations, model-driven apps, business process flows, and Power Automate solutions. Build and maintain platform extensions using JavaScript, C# plugins, and Dataverse Web APIs. Manage two-way data integrations between our CRM and enterprise applications, monitor data quality, and resolve synchronization issues. Coordinate application lifecycle management, deployments, and solution releases across development, testing, and production environments. Serve as the escalation point for complex system issues, identify root causes, and explain resolution plans to non-technical stakeholders.
