Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description Support launches of new projects and initiatives across the West Coast fulfillment ops. Support startup, validation, and sustainment of our software and systems. Recommend processes to improve production efficiency and yields using PFMEA. Determine skills required for equipment operability and training. Develop and coach CI Engineers, building a lean-focused bench. Analyze data with basic statistics and value stream mapping. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related. 2 years of progressive experience in related role. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, PFMEA, SPC, and facility/layout optimization. Experience developing CI engineers and coaching lean teams.
