📋 Description Partner with financial institution clients and internal stakeholders to design commercial lending Establish a comprehensive understanding of customer lending goals, current processes, operational Facilitate business requirements and solution design workshops focused on commercial loan Lead and support solution design activities by evaluating alternative approaches, developing Define implementation scope, process flows, project estimates, timelines, assumptions Support commercial discussions covering project scope, technical capabilities, implementation 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience. Fluency in English required; Spanish or French language capabilities preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial lending workflows, including loan origination, underwriting, risk Professional experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, pre-sales, customer success Demonstrated ability to independently lead client workshops, gather and synthesize business Experience supporting solution design, project scoping, implementation estimation, proposal 🎁 Benefits Anticipated base salary of $119,100–$172,650 USD annually, with the final offer depending on Eligibility for incentive compensation in addition to base salary.
