📋 Description Build a comprehensive analytics framework for the recovery program, covering debt sales Design, test, and continuously optimize dialer strategies for pre-charge-off delinquent accounts Establish a rigorous test-and-learn approach to collections strategy by structuring experiments Build and maintain quarterly business review materials for third-party collection agencies Own and evolve digital communication strategies across email, SMS, and AI-powered voice channels Analyze settlement activity with debt settlement companies, monitoring acceptance rates, recovery 🎯 Requirements Bring 3–5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, strategy, or a related discipline Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of collections and recovery operations, with direct experience in Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently query, manipulate, and analyze large and Experience developing dashboards and recurring reporting in Tableau or a comparable business Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing test-and-learn initiatives such as A/B tests Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to move from raw or ambiguous 🎁 Benefits Annual salary of $100,000–$120,000 USD for the San Francisco, California market, plus equity and Competitive stock option plan and overall compensation package.
