Senior Clinical Development Engineer, Digital

📋 Description Translate surgeon needs into requirements, risks, and validation plans. Serve as clinical voice for digital/robotic products, focusing on usability and workflow fit. Identify unmet clinical needs via surgeon engagement, OR observation, and workflow analysis. Partner with engineering, software, data science, regulatory, and QA to define requirements and mitigations. Plan, execute, and document prototype, simulated-use, and clinical evaluations.
