Summary
The Sr. Business Intelligence Developer (BID) will support and promote the implementation of best practices in the areas of business intelligence and healthcare analytics The Sr. BID designs and develops business intelligence (BI) solutions to support quality, compliance and operational processes. They assist with the development of the BI strategy and will be required to mentor other BI team members to help standardize work processes. Also, they work with data engineering personnel which will require an in-depth knowledge of BI data architecture methodology.
Job Duties
– Leads High-Complexity and Enterprise-Level BI Solutions.
– Serves as a Domain Subject Matter Expert.
– Demonstrates Advanced Technical Expertise.
– Provides formal mentorship, oversees technical development, and reinforces best practices.
– Identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and improves processes, governance, and data quality.
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in related field
– 5 years related work experience
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, \*patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
