About the role

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting standards for the firm using Looker Studio.

About Us: Meridian Softworks is a fast-growing, consumer-focused law firm based in the United States, committed to delivering exceptional legal services while fostering a high-performance, accountable, and supportive workplace. As we continue to scale nationally with a remote-first workforce, our internal technology and systems play a critical role in keeping our teams productive, secure, and connected. We operate in a fast-paced environment where reliability, responsiveness, and operational discipline matter. About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data from across the firm into clear, actionable reporting for our Marketing, Intake, Operations, and Leadership teams. This is a high-impact, build-from-scratch role: you will own and scale the firm’s reporting infrastructure, with Looker Studio as our primary dashboarding platform, and work directly with leadership to shape how the firm uses data. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, reconciling messy data from many systems, and building reporting that leaders actually use to make decisions. Key Responsibilities: Own the Looker Studio environment. Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, data sources, reporting standards, and visualization best practices across the firm. Build executive KPI dashboards. Give leadership clear visibility into marketing performance, intake productivity, operational KPIs, and firm-wide metrics. Analyze marketing & lead generation. Measure performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels, and connect spend to outcomes. Track the full client journey. Report on lead flow and conversion from generation through intake, retention, and case outcomes, including conversion, qualification, contact, and retained rates, plus agent and team productivity. Reconcile data & safeguard accuracy. Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, HubSpot, RingCentral, advertising platforms, Filevine, and other systems; proactively surface and resolve discrepancies. Design data models & automate reporting. Build models that support consistent analytics, and automate recurring reports to cut manual effort. Deliver insights to leadership. Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; present findings and recommendations clearly; identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Support strategy. Partner with leadership to define key metrics, and assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and goal-setting. Required Qualifications: 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data engineering, revenue operations, or marketing analytics. Advanced, hands-on experience building complex dashboards and data sources in Looker Studio, including executive-level reporting. Proficiency with SQL and BigQuery for extraction, transformation, querying, and validation. Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures. A track record of reconciling data across multiple systems and resolving data-quality issues. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; strong grasp of KPIs and data visualization best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex findings simply. Preferred Qualifications: ETL processes, APIs, and automated data pipelines. HubSpot reporting; Salesforce administration or advanced reporting; Google Tag Manager. Experience in a law firm or professional-services setting, or supporting marketing/intake/call-center/sales teams. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered). Tools & Technology Stack: Looker Studio BigQuery SQL Salesforce HubSpot Meta Ads Google Ads Google Analytics RingCentral CallRail Ringba Filevine Google Sheets Excel What We Look For: Ownership-oriented mindset with strong follow-through. Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities. Security-conscious and detail-oriented approach. Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical users. Process-driven and highly organized under pressure. Proactive attitude toward improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency. What We Offer: Full-time role. 100% remote work environment. Paid Time Off (PTO). Opportunity to work closely with Operations and Leadership in a growing, technology-driven law firm. Long-term growth and stability in a high-impact role.
