Salary: $151,840 - 158,080 per year Requirements: At least 5 years of business systems analyst experience, including defining system scope, gathering requirements, and developing procedures to address complex issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration skills with product and interfacing teams Experience working with developers and quality engineers in an Agile/Scrum team Experience eliciting requirements throughout the full lifecycle Experience with incident, change, and request management Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries to identify use-case data Experience with data analysis and data mapping Preferred: Experience with a Customer Identity and Access Management solution such as Okta Preferred: Experience with cookie management software such as OneTrust Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow (ITIL), Octopus, Terraform, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code, or other code editors Preferred: Experience with product delivery models, objectives and key results, and a customer-value focus Candidates must be available and prepared to work directly as Genesis10 employees Responsibilities: Analyze business objectives and user needs to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements Convert business needs into detailed user stories with requirements, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and test scenarios Develop and share business process and system data flows with product teams and stakeholders Gather, interpret, and summarize data to define requirements, inform decisions, and evaluate impacts on users and business processes Help QA and development teams reproduce defects, investigate likely root causes, and document findings Support user acceptance testing by communicating with internal users and helping validate solutions Create, coordinate, and implement IT change records in the IT service management platform Maintain understanding of interfacing applications and their relationships to support analysis, troubleshooting, and impact assessments Triage incidents and support requests, assess business impact and potential causes, and facilitate resolution Provide production support and help users, ensuring systems align with company policies and standards Develop and apply knowledge of data privacy requirements, including cookie lifecycle processes Follow IT methodologies, security standards, and established best practices Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, management, and cross-functional partners Technologies: Support ITIL Network SQL Security ServiceNow Terraform Visual Studio Incident Management ITSM More: We are Genesis10, a staffing firm placing consultants and employees with clients across the United States.
