Senior Business Analyst – ESG Regulatory Reporting Location & Work Mode: Łódź or Warsaw Hybrid work – 3 days per week from the office Project Start: ASAP Working Language: English (daily communication) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the development of ESG regulatory reporting processes, with special focus on Pillar III reporting. This role involves data analysis, refinement of requirements for calculation engines, and collaboration with business and technology teams to ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Analyze and structure business and regulatory requirements Create and refine functional requirements Analyze ESG / Pillar III reporting data and logic Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams Identify data issues and propose solutions Analyze data flows and reporting chains Support the development of regulatory reporting processes Conduct workshops and alignment sessions Document requirements according to Requirements Management standards Requirements (Must-have): Senior-level experience in ESG Pillar III reporting or FinRep reporting Strong SQL skills Experience in data analysis and troubleshooting Ability to analyze complex data flows and reporting logic Experience working in regulated environments Ability to create functional requirements and work with multiple stakeholders Reverse engineering skills and analysis of existing processes Excellent communication skills Ability to translate technical issues into business language Preferred: Experience in ESG regulatory reporting Experience in large financial organizations What We Offer: Participation in projects related to ESG regulatory reporting Work in an international environment Collaboration with business and technology teams Opportunities for development in regulatory reporting and data analysis
