Senior Business Analyst (ERP Financials - Oracle EBS/Fusion)

About the Role Drive business process improvement and ERP transformation for a leading international development finance institution. As Senior Business Analyst, you'll analyze financial operations, define business and functional requirements, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials solutions. What You'll Do • Analyze current business processes and system landscape related to Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion). • Support triage and impact analysis of production issues, and document detailed business process flows and functional requirements. • Lead workshops, validate IT recommendations against business needs, and build a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). • Produce training materials, meeting minutes, and enhancement lists, and support knowledge transfer. What You'll Bring • 8+ years of business transformation, process improvement, and architecture experience in an international environment. • 5+ years implementing Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) Financials - AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Pension. • Strong business/functional requirements definition and documentation experience. • Familiarity with business process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Pipefy) and MS Office. • Preferred: experience in a multilateral development bank or the banking sector.
