As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll help identify data and attributes that define Kiwibank’ s products in our new product and pricing catalogue. You will be responsible for shaping requirements that build the capabilities Kiwibank needs to improve how we manage our products and their pricing. Working across product, business and technology teams, you'll translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, support prioritisation decisions, and help deliver practical solutions that improve customer and business outcomes. For this role we’re looking for a proactive ​Senior Business Analyst who thrives in product and transformation environments. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Proven experience in a banking environment with exposure to banking or financial products and pricing constructs (like interest rates and fees) Proven track record delivering within large scale transformation programmes in complex organisations Strong capability in business process analysis, design and continuous improvement across our product teams, frontline and operational environments. Proactive around understanding scope and driving a plan to produce detailed business requirements to enable outcome delivery Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, documentation and analytical problem-solving translating business needs into actionable outcomes Experienced in collaborating with CX and UX designers to deliver customer centred solutions across digital and assisted channels Ability to identify change impact to our customers and teams, and provide input to change managers. Ability to understand and work with complex data that needs to be centrally mastered and published within Kiwibank. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across business, technology and product teams You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
