WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON HERE:
– Lead end-to-end brand design projects, from exploration to final polish
– Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy
– Create compelling visuals that resonate with developers
– Build and maintain our brand guidelines
– Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
– 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS / tech companies
– Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns
– You keep user experience central to your design thinking, balancing the “why” and “how”
– Your attention to detail and craftsmanship creates seamless, intuitive design
– You understand how design decisions interconnect, ensuring cohesive experiences
– You make informed decisions and stay steps ahead
– You combine design passion with business acumen and strong relationships
– Expert in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice
– Experience with digital-first brands and developer tools
– Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy
– Nice to have: Motion design capabilities
