As Senior BI & Data Analytics Consultant , you will combine deep technical expertise with a consulting mindset, designing analytical experiences that empower business leaders to make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions. Lead business discovery workshops to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions Design and develop Tableau dashboards that deliver operational visibility and strategic decision support Build and optimize Tableau data sources, calculations, extracts, parameters, actions, and interactive visualizations Apply Tableau performance optimization best practices to ensure scalability, usability, and adoption Leverage SQL to validate, transform, and analyze data across enterprise data platforms Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to align analytics solutions with enterprise data models and pipelines Support production BI environments through troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous enhancements Document dashboard logic, calculations, semantic definitions, and publishing standards to promote governance and consistency Contribute to BI modernization initiatives, including cloud migrations and platform transformations Deliver client workshops, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept that showcase the value of modern analytics Develop reusable assets, best practices, and standards that strengthen Vantage Compute ' Business Intelligence capabilities 🧠 Who You Are You combine technical expertise with strong business understanding and a consulting mindset You see data visualization as a decision-enablement capability rather than simply a reporting function You are comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders and translating business challenges into analytical solutions You thrive in client-facing environments and communicate technical concepts with clarity and confidence You enjoy collaborating across analytics, engineering, and business teams to create measurable impact You balance analytical rigor with pragmatism, always focusing on business value You contribute to a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing 🛠️ What You Bring Qualifications / Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or Analytics Consulting roles Advanced English proficiency is required Tableau, Snowflake, Microsoft, or Cloud Analytics certifications are considered an asset Technical Skills Advanced expertise designing and developing Tableau dashboards for operational and strategic decision-making Strong knowledge of LOD Calculations, Parameters, Actions, Filters, Extracts, and Live Connections Experience applying Tableau performance optimization and dashboard UX best practices Experience publishing, managing permissions, and governing content in Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud Advanced SQL skills, including joins, transformations, data validation, performance tuning, and analytical querying Solid understanding of data modeling principles, ETL/ELT processes, and modern BI consumption layers Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and lakehouse architectures Experience supporting or developing analytics solutions on modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Data Services Ability to collaborate with Data Engineering teams to design scalable and business-oriented analytics solut
