Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi, QlikView) that communicate complex data in a clear and concise format for various stakeholders across the organization, including delivery of financial weekly/monthly/annual reports to all appropriate parties. Create performance metrics (KPIs) to track progress towards business goals and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making processes. 2. Performance Monitoring Monitor the performance of digital solutions and optimize them for efficiency. Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data tools and data sources. 5. Data Governance Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Document data processes, data models, and technical specifications Your Skills and Experience 1. Education background, experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in BI or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus. 5 - 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field in Logistics company or Retails. Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power DATA, QlikView...,). Solid experience in writing SQL queries and experience with data modeling and ETL processes. Experience in generating process documentation and reports 2. Competency, Skills English proficiency equavalent to IELTs 6.5 (Upper - Intermediate). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
