Senior Backend Java developer - Camunda platform

Job Description We are looking for a dedicated candidate to build the next generation of Workforce Management for the entire Deutsche Telekom Technology domain, with the goal to digitize and optimize existing field service processes. Work closely with POs, architects, and development/ops teams to support Developing and maintaining Camunda Spring Boot workers Apply bugfixes on backend Write unit tests for new features Participate in code reviews / merge requests Mentor junior developers Troubleshoot and analyze issues, bugs and incidents; help with root cause analysis Contribute to choosing the proper automation technologies Qualifications Requirements Strong experience in Java and Frameworks like Spring-Boot General backend knowledge (REST APIs, microservices) Solid experience with Git and GitLab (branching, merge requests, etc.) Experience with relational databases Fluent in English Advantages Experience with BPMN (Camunda preferred) DevOps experience Docker, Kubernetes experience Agile methodology knowledge (SAFe, LeSS) German language Company Description As Hungary’s most attractive employer in 2025 (according to Randstad’s representative survey), Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group.
