📋 Description Develop and maintain scalable apps using NodeJS, TS, MongoDB, Docker Contribute hands-on across the full SDLC from design to deployment and support Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and product to deliver features Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retros Review designs, requirements, and specs to ensure quality Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, testing, observability, security 🎯 Requirements NodeJS and TypeScript in production MongoDB NoSQL design: schema modelling, indexing, aggregation Docker and containerised development Scalable backend systems and APIs design Event-driven architectures and distributed systems Cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and Kubernetes 🎁 Benefits Fixed shifts (IST) No weekend work Mentorship, community, and forums Long-term career where your contributions are valued
