Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain backend services processing financial transactions across 20+ countries. Write code in Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript; participate in design reviews. Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs; design inter-service communication with gRPC and queues. Design/optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis schemas for performance. Own backend features end-to-end from scoping to deployment and monitoring. Integrate AI features and tools, such as LLM APIs, into backend services with observability. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years backend engineering experience in production systems. English fluency for daily collaboration with global teams. Spanish or Portuguese fluency for LATAM collaboration. Proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript. Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. Cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
