Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services in Golang for 24/7 trading and sports apps. Develop backend services; propose architecture; participate in design reviews; implement features. Act as SME to embed sports domain knowledge; build prediction markets, real-time data feeds. Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks in large, high-concurrency infra. Provide high-tier operational support for real-time client issues and availability. 🎯 Requirements Mid-to-senior backend developer with production-grade mastery. Experience with sports systems, sportsbooks, prediction markets, or fast sports-data infra. Proficiency in Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka. Strong communication and collaboration; stakeholder management in global teams. Nice-to-haves: deep familiarity with transaction-heavy money modules or payment ledgers. Nice-to-haves: advanced design of concurrent systems, race conditions, and distributed state machines. Experience in fast-moving startups; comfortable in ambiguous environments.
