Senior Backend Developer (Java / .NET)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior Backend Developer (Java / .NET)Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or .NETBuild scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions for client-facing applicationsDesign data models and integrate services with relational and NoSQL databasesCollaborate with front-end developers to define API contracts and ensure seamless system integrationDevelop and deploy applications in containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShiftApply secure coding standards and software engineering best practicesCreate and maintain unit and integration testsIntegrate applications with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesMonitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliabilityTroubleshoot technical and production issues and support their resolutionParticipate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and other Agile activities Requirements:8+ years of professional backend software development experienceStrong commercial experience with Java or .NETHands-on experience with Spring Boot or .NET Core / modern .NETStrong experience designing and developing REST APIsExperience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShiftGood knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including data modelling and query optimizationExperience with automated testing, including unit and integration testingFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practicesStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principlesAbility to work effectively in cross-functional Agile development teamsFluency in English (both written and spoken)Nice to have:Experience with event-driven or messaging architectures, e.g. Kafka or MQExperience with cloud-native application developmentKnowledge of NoSQL databasesExperience within financial services, fund administration, or transfer agency environments Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
