Senior BA

About the Role Our client is a newly established, mission-driven technology organisation building digital solutions for Singapore’s national security and public-safety sector. They’re looking for a Senior BA to lead the analysis on complex, cross-functional initiatives. The work is roughly 70% hands-on delivery and 30% strategic input. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery through workshops and interviews, question assumptions, and frame the real problem Turn ambiguous needs into testable requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and specs Bring competing stakeholder priorities to agreement using evidence Map current-state and future-state processes and push for structural improvements over quick fixes Use data (SQL, Excel, dashboards) to inform recommendations and measure outcomes Validate ideas early with prototypes, pilots and PoCs Lead UAT and testing through to go-live, and support Agile delivery planning Coach junior BAs and help build BA practice across the team What We’re Looking For 5+ years in business analysis, product delivery or digital transformation Strong requirements, process modelling and workshop facilitation skills Hands-on with SQL/Excel, plus Jira, Confluence, Miro or Lucidchart Agile/Scrum and UAT experience Comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting stakeholder needs Public sector or security-domain experience is a plus ST Reg No. R1768414 BeathChapman Pte Ltd Licence no. 16S8112
