Industry: renewable energy Work model: full-time, hybrid from Warsaw Center (2 days/week on-site) Project language: English Project length: 6 months contracts + prolongations (long-term project) Start: ASAP Assignment type: B2B Remuneration: up to 190 PLN/h net +VAT Summary: The Senior AWS DevOps Consultant plays a crucial role focusing on enhancing the organization's cloud data capabilities via AWS. This position aims to leverage extensive experience in AWS and Data Warehousing to effectively support and mentor internal data teams. Main Responsibilities: Support the team in building infrastructure for Data Warehouse solutions for a growing internal client base. Optimize the existing setup, enhancing the current design and automation. Ensure security, scalability, and documentation of Redshift DWH. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Automate and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Act as a technical mentor and share best practices on data architecture. Provide pair-programming sessions to develop AWS skills. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. Proficiency with Terraform, AWS Cloud, multi-account AWS Organizations, and CI/CD. Experience implementing AWS infrastructure solutions. Experience working with Redshift DWH. Foundational knowledge of data warehouse functional areas and data transformation/loading strategies. Ability to establish best practices in cost optimization and performance. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Fluent English and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Nice to Have: Experience with migration projects. Familiarity with tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog, and Python. Knowledge of data governance or security aspects. Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS + Azure).
