📋 Description End-to-end HighRadius Receivables Cloud implementation across all project phases: design to hypercare. Gather requirements, document, and map business processes. Hands-on configuration of functional components per client needs. Collaborate with senior consultants, product, technical teams, and QA. Conduct testing, validate configurations, and assist issue tracking. Prepare training materials and support client onboarding. 🎯 Requirements Functional knowledge of O2C cycle (AR, Collections, Cash App, Payment Portal). Foundational SaaS configuration knowledge. Requirement gathering, process mapping, problem-solving. Cross-functional communication to articulate insights clearly. Tools & Platforms: HighRadius Receivables Cloud (preferred), ERP systems.
