📋 Description Lead shrink and loss analysis across Alo sanctuaries, identifying trends by location, market Analyze relevant transaction, inventory, RFID, incident, cash, audit, and operational data to Develop and enhance AI-supported risk scoring and early-warning indicators in partnership with Identify trends involving external theft, fraud, organized retail crime, internal dishonesty Conduct root-cause analysis and translate findings into clear prevention strategies, resource Measure the effectiveness and financial impact of Asset Protection programs, controls, and 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, finance, criminal justice, information systems, or a Five or more years of combined experience in asset protection, loss prevention, investigations Experience supporting a multi-location or complex retail environment strongly preferred.
