Senior Applied Scientist

📋 Description Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to research and deploy ML models. Stay current on ML advances and apply them to real business needs. Work with engineers, product managers, and specialists to gather requirements. Lead design reviews, modeling discussions, and requirement definitions. Mentor junior scientists and promote reproducibility and scalable ML in production. Champion Evaluation-Driven Development with automated testing and monitoring. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors and Ph.D in Computer Science or related fields. 2+ years postgrad industrial research in ML/NLP/IR/deep learning. Deep learning implementation experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet). Excellent command of Python; proficiency in other modern languages. Experience with ML systems and production deployment (SageMaker, MLFlow).
