📋 Description Design, train, and ship 3D reconstruction systems (gaussian splats, MASt3R/VGGT) Integrate reality capture into production; decide what's ready to ship Own tough investigations from triage to production rollout Optimize 3D systems for speed, accuracy, scale Balance classical CV vs learned approaches; pick the right tool Stay current with 3D vision research and evaluate techniques 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS/Engineering with 5+ yrs in 3D CV/ML. Hands-on with reality capture: gaussian splatting or foundation models. Built and shipped 3D reconstruction systems in production/startup. Deep experience in 3D perception: SfM, MVS, depth, mesh, SLAM. Strong C++ proficiency; production pipelines in C++.
