Senior Application Support Engineer – Payroll & HR Systems

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer with experience in Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Stock, Global Mobility and/or Pensions systems to join an international environment. This is a broad, technology-agnostic role. The position will not be tied to one specific technology, as the application landscape evolves over time and different systems may be introduced depending on business needs. We are looking for someone with strong experience in HR-related applications and processes , who can quickly understand new technologies and systems, assess whether new business requirements can be implemented within the existing ecosystem, and provide support in resolving application issues and bugs. Currently, payroll technologies are primarily based on SAP , while the organization also works with external service and technology providers, including Strada, Ramco and similar vendors .
Requirements:
Proven experience in application support within HR, Payroll or related systems. Experience with one or more of the following areas: Payroll Time Management Benefits Stock Global Mobility Pensions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with troubleshooting, incident management and root-cause analysis. Ability to understand business requirements and assess technical feasibility. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and applications. Experience working with external vendors and third-party service providers. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Good command of English and experience working in an international environment. Nice to have Experience with SAP / SAP Payroll . Experience working with Strada, Ramco or similar Payroll/HR platforms. Experience with integrations between HR applications. Experience in a global enterprise environment. Knowledge of HR technology and global Payroll processes.

Daily tasks: - Provide application support for HR-related systems, with a focus on Payroll and related processes.
– Analyse business requirements and assess their feasibility within the existing application ecosystem.
– Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
– Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
– Assess new technologies and solutions and determine how they can fit into the existing environment.
– Support system changes, enhancements and improvements.
– Analyse issues across different applications and integrations.
– Collaborate with external technology and service providers.
– Quickly understand and adapt to new systems and technologies as the application landscape evolves.
– Ensure effective communication between business users, technical teams and vendors.
