Senior Application Engineer, Java and AWS

Salary: $93000 - 120000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Over 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in Chiller Technology Comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration systems and related equipment Willingness to travel up to 10% for factory, customer site, and training visits Responsibilities: Engage daily with field sales teams to offer advice on applying and installing Chiller Solutions equipment within HVAC systems Provide insight on systems applications and develop innovative solutions tailored to unique client needs Contribute to the creation of tools and documentation to aid field sales and streamline standard inquiries Utilize in-house engineering systems to effectively respond to product detail inquiries Support sales teams in addressing equipment, job, or code-related challenges Maintain clear communication and follow-up with sales teams, design engineers, and product management to ensure customer needs are met efficiently Obtain supplier quotes to relay cost and lead times for special product requests Attend product team meetings to strategize and execute business development initiatives Develop and conduct segments of sales training, including on-site and field office training sessions Mentor and assist other Application Engineers, Product Marketing staff, Sales Engineers, and Sales Agents Exhibit a thorough understanding of both JCI and competitor products, market dynamics, and relevant technologies Technologies: Support Marketing More: At Northwind Robotics, we are thrilled to present a Senior Application Engineer position within our Applied Equipment Engineering team.
