Senior Application Developer

Salary: $113000 - 165000 per year Requirements: We need at least 4 years of relevant experience, with 5 or more years typically preferred. We are looking for strong experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management development and configuration. UKG Pro Timekeeping certification is preferred. Hands-on expertise with UKG Pro timekeeping modules, including Boomi integrations, Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation is preferred. Agile project management experience is preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship or visa support. Responsibilities: We configure complex application solutions to meet business and user needs while improving support processes and procedures. We develop, test, deploy, and enhance application fixes and version release updates. We maintain open communication with users and respond to complex support requests and needs. We deliver advanced technical application support to help achieve business outcomes. We collaborate with developers, product managers, and business partners to ensure configurations meet standards and project objectives. We prioritize and manage incoming incidents and user requests. We maintain strong relationships with software vendors and help negotiate complex contracts. We apply our UKG Pro WFM expertise to shape solutions, guide technical teams, and translate business challenges into actionable configuration and development direction.
