Senior Analyst, Insights & Modeling

As a Senior Analyst at Cobalt Streamworks , you’ll play a critical role in helping us measure the impact of our campaigns and uncover insights that drive smarter decision-making. You’ll collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data across our influencer network and digital campaigns, supporting both internal teams and clients in understanding what works—and why. This is an excellent opportunity for an mid-career professional who excels at telling stories with data, and is passionate about social impact and digital culture. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities Lead analyses that translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and contribute to post-campaign reports. Build and maintain tagging models using a mix of prompt engineering and traditional machine learning methods. Synthesize analysis and insights across programs to inform strategy for future campaigns. Contribute to research for organic social programs, including scoping and analyzing RCTs. Draft presentations of experimental learnings, and share findings across teams. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a data analyst. Strong SQL and Python skills. GCP / BigQuery experience and R skills are a plus. Experience building dashboards and reports with clear, beautiful data. visualizations to identify insights for internal and external stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with social media metrics. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and building machine learning models, including a focus on natural language processing. Experience working with political campaigns or social media marketing, and/or a passion for progressive causes.
