📋 Description Lead and support the development of industry-standard distribution automation solutions across Serve as a strategic partner to operations teams supporting annuity business lines Collaborate with TPAs and external partners to define, enhance, and implement automation Provide subject matter expertise on B2B-supported services for internal stakeholders and project Lead and represent project initiatives across cross-functional teams and external partners Develop and maintain effective testing strategies, procedures, and documentation 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 3 + years of experience in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or a Working knowledge of annuity products and services Experience with annuity industry-standard operational technologies, such as DTCC, ACORD, and IRI Strong understanding of business and operational workflows related to annuity products Ability to work independently and collaboratively 🎁 Benefits Discretionary bonus eligibility Equal opportunity employer Reasonable accommodations for disability
