Senior AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description Partner with business teams to deliver tailored AI solutions. Build production-grade agentic systems using RAG and workflow automation. Own end-to-end lifecycle from task decomp to deployment. Contribute patterns and components to AI Enablement standards. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years software engineering with 3+ years AI/agentic in production. Design, build, and ship reliable agentic systems (tool-using agents). Own reliability engineering: failure handling, human-in-the-loop, guardrails. Experience building internal platforms/SDKs/tools used by other teams. Strong Python and agentic stack: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, OpenAI SDK.
