What You’ll Do AI Adoption & Consulting Guide clients through their Generative AI adoption journey Assess organizational AI maturity and identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity gains Design and execute AI enablement programs Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive presentations Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders and leadership teams Prompt Engineering Design, test, optimize, and document advanced prompts across multiple AI platforms Build reusable prompt libraries and prompt frameworks Develop role-based prompting methodologies Create prompting standards, governance guidelines, and best practices Continuously evaluate prompt effectiveness and improve output quality AI Platforms & Emerging Technologies Work hands-on with industry-leading AI tools, including: ChatGPT Claude Microsoft Copilot Gemini Perplexity NotebookLM Cursor GitHub Copilot AI Agent platforms Enterprise AI Assistants Compare model capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions Design AI use cases and support client adoption initiatives Monitor market trends and emerging AI technologies Use Case Development Identify high-value AI opportunities across business functions Create AI-powered workflows and productivity initiatives Develop proof-of-concepts and demonstrations Support pilot programs and scale successful solutions Governance & Responsible AI Promote responsible AI usage and best practices Support the development of AI governance frameworks Help address data privacy and compliance considerations Educate users on AI risks, limitations, and responsible usage What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field Experience in one or more of the following areas: Technology consulting, Digital transformation, Business process improvement, Knowledge management, AI enablement programs, Change management initiatives Advanced hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot Strong prompt engineering capabilities Experience developing structured prompts for business applications Deep understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities and limitations Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and optimize performance Familiarity with AI Agents concepts Experience with productivity and collaboration platforms Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Nice to have Python fundamentals API integrations Low-code/no-code automation platforms Microsoft Power Platform LangChain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agent frameworks Knowledge of AI governance frameworks Microsoft AI Certifications Azure AI Fundamentals Google Generative AI Certifications OpenAI-related Certifications Prompt Engineering Certifications AI Governance Certifications English level Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate Work Type: Hybrid (three times per week) Legal & Hiring Information Aperture Cloud is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
