Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description Design, build and evolve the enterprise AI platform powering AI products across Lumen Dynamics. Develop scalable AI services for Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, model serving, and automation. Build orchestration layers transforming data into reusable AI capabilities. Develop production-ready AI apps using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools. Design reusable platform components for prompt management, model serving, vector search, embeddings, AI gateways, and evaluation services. Build APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling for self-service AI development across teams. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience 2+ years building AI/ML platforms or production ML systems Deploy enterprise AI apps to production with scalability and reliability Hands-on with LLM-powered applications Experience with MCP and RAG using embeddings and vector DBs Backend engineer with Python and/or TypeScript 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary (top end of market) Equity Pension: 4% contributions with 7% match Private medical insurance Hybrid working model Work abroad up to 3 months per year
