Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior AI/ML Engineer with DatabricksResponsibilities:Design and develop data processing solutions in the Azure ecosystemBuild and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks and Azure SynapseDevelop OCR-based solutions for automated document processingIntegrate extracted data with enterprise applications and reporting systemsCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunitiesParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to DataOps best practicesSupport the implementation of AI and Machine Learning initiativesOCR automation for cash register reportsIntelligent extraction of data from receipts and invoicesDocument data extraction and integration with downstream systemsDigitization and automation of paper-based customer surveysOCR combined with text analytics and sentiment analysisProcessing multilingual documents and formsSupporting new AI-driven automation initiatives emerging in the project pipeline Requirements:Strong experience in Data EngineeringHands-on expertise with Azure DatabricksExperience with Azure Synapse AnalyticsVery good knowledge of Azure Cloud servicesExperience working with Azure Data LakeStrong SQL skills, including SQL Server, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)Experience in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence, Data Mining, DataOpsExposure to Machine Learning projectsFamiliarity with modern AI-assisted development practicesExperience with OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or Azure AI Document IntelligenceKnowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analyticsVery good knowledge of EnglishStrong communication skills and ability to work in an international environmentExperience with multilingual document processing solutions Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
