Senior AI/ML Engineer

Salary: $142000 - 189000 per year Requirements: We require an advanced degree, such as a PhD, postdoctoral qualification, or a masters in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline. We are looking for at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. We need strong expertise in advanced AI research areas, including multi-agent systems, generative models, or cognitive architectures. We value familiarity with responsible AI practices and frameworks. A strong publication history in leading conferences and journals is a plus, and a high H-index is advantageous. Responsibilities: We conduct advanced research across AI areas such as generative AI, agentic AI, cognitive AI architectures, call transcription, and large language models. We develop new algorithms, models, and techniques that expand the frontier of AI capability. We collaborate with engineering teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready solutions. We build prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate the business impact of our research. We publish our work in leading AI conferences and journals, including venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, and ACL. We present our findings at conferences, workshops, and internal forums to share progress and insights. We mentor junior scientists and engineers, supporting them in high-quality research and publication writing. We partner with cross-functional teams to align research priorities with business needs. We work with product and engineering teams to design AI solutions that are both innovative and practical. We ensure our research and solutions follow responsible AI principles, with a strong focus on safety.
