📋 Description Build end-to-end fine-tuning pipeline (prep/train/eval/registry) Implement QLoRA/LoRA/PEFT and other fine-tune methods Design eval harnesses with benchmarks and tests Drive training iterations: analyze results and fix issues Implement experiment tracking and reproducible workflows Collaborate on training data strategy, incl. synthetic data Evaluate model quality: safety, accuracy, latency, cost Contribute to serving architecture and inference optimization Mentor ML engineers on the team 🎯 Requirements 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years ML/NLP Hands-on fine-tuning LLMs with parameter-efficient methods Strong knowledge of transformers, tokenization, optimization Build production ML training pipelines with experiment tracking Proficiency: Python, PyTorch, distributed training Experience with GPU-based cloud training Strong eval: benchmarks, regression detection RLHF/DPO or alignment experience is a plus BS/MS in CS/ML or equivalent 🎁 Benefits Pioneering technology at Coupa Collaborative, transparent culture Global impact on clients and teams
