📋 Description Design, build, and ship AI agent apps over governed data. Build core agent capabilities: RAG, NL-to-query, tool calls. Improve AI output quality with prompts, benchmarks, guardrails, metrics. Partner on governed metrics, data models, and pipelines for reliable data. Apply data governance and security practices to meet financial standards. Contribute engineering judgment to design and raise the team's technical bar. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics, Finance, or related field. 5+ years building production software with AI apps and data pipelines. Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI apps in production. Experience improving AI accuracy via evaluation, guardrails, or metrics. Strong Python, SQL, software engineering, and data modeling fundamentals. Track record shipping reliable AI or data products from needs to solutions.
