About the project:
We are looking for a highly experienced AI Specialist to join a fast-moving project in the automotive industry.
You will be working on the development and evolution of a CRM platform for the customer in the automotive sector, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and automation. The project is built around rapid iteration, experimentation, and applying AI in real business scenarios not just prototypes.
This role goes beyond implementation. You will shape architectural decisions, define how AI is embedded into the product, and ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business processes.
You’ll work closely with both engineering and business teams, translating ideas into working systems and pushing the boundaries of AI-supported development.
Requirements:
– Very strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and AI-driven development.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact directly with stakeholders.
– Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
– Experience working in CRM environments or customer data platforms
– Availability to work during hours that partially overlap with US Central Time
– Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite workshops
– Experience working in a consultative role with business stakeholders
Responsibilities:
– Design and define solution architecture with a strong focus on AI-driven systems
– Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
– Develop and support AI-based features and automation within the CRM ecosystem
– Explore and implement innovative approaches in AI and system design
– Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders on a daily basis
– Communicate directly with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals
– Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, adapting solutions as the project evolves
