Design and build AI agent architectures and production infrastructure for integration.
📋 Description Design how agents think: prompts, reasoning chains, tool calls, and architecture Build production infra: MCP servers, scaffolding, context harnesses, and a Skills Marketplace Redesign PDLC for agentic AI workflows: design through monitoring Own evaluation infra: pipelines, benchmarks, quality gates Build reusable libraries and templates for AI integration Production-grade tooling that teams rely on 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of full-time software engineering; at least 2 years building tooling/platforms Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent experience Hands-on with LLM integration: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool calling, agent architectures Proficiency across the stack Experience with MCP, LangChain, or comparable orchestration frameworks Experience with open source LLM models 🎁 Benefits Hybrid role with in-office 2 days/week in Mountain View Equity and comprehensive benefits Growth opportunities in AI-native engineering
