Security Support Engineer

We are looking for a Security Support Engineer to support enterprise customers using Microsoft security solutions. This role is suitable for someone who wants to develop skills in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and technical support. Requirements:
・1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, networking, or security ・Basic knowledge of Microsoft security solutions such as Defender and Microsoft 365 Security ・Understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory ・Basic knowledge of cloud and security concepts ・Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills ・Good English communication skills

Daily tasks: - ・Troubleshoot security issues across cloud, endpoint, server, and network environments

– ・Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
