Security Solutions Lead Consultant – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Role Overview The Lead Consultant, IAM is an experienced individual contributor positioned between the Senior Consultant and Senior Manager/Principal. They own key delivery workstreams, serve as the primary client interface on IAM engagements, and drive delivery excellence across Brightpath Technologies 's Identity and Access Management practice. What You Will Do Lead key IAM workstreams with accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and business outcomes, while elevating practice capabilities and growing talent. Lead IAM assessment, architecture design, and implementation engagements with documentation of design decisions, platform configurations, integration patterns, and operational support procedures.
