📋 Description First response & triage of security alerts. Customer security operations in Front platform. Incident response support during on-call rotations. Maintain and improve runbooks, decision trees, macros, and escalation paths. Internal IT support & compliance tasks (SSO, access records). Clear communication during sensitive issues. 🎯 Requirements Entry-level role; strong judgment and communication. Experience in technical support or triage-heavy roles. Foundational security concepts: MFA, JWTs, identity verification. Foundational IT systems: SSO/Okta, Google Workspace, MDM tools. Comfort with terminal and basic SQL.
