📋 Description Deploy and maintain EDR agents across Windows/macOS/Linux; coordinate updates per change control. Configure and optimize AI-assisted detections, policies, and controls to maximize coverage. Manage vulnerability scanning schedules and asset tagging; collaborate to remediate. Maintain dashboards, alerts, and runbooks; document configurations for team continuity. Identify and remediate security tool technical debt to improve efficiency. 🎯 Requirements 2-3+ years IT security ops; 1–2 years with CrowdStrike Falcon, Qualys, Zscaler, or similar. Solid understanding of security tools; basic AI/ML concepts or quick learner. Proficient with Windows event logs, OS internals, CLI, log analysis, and KQL. Strong problem-solving; troubleshoot security tool misconfigurations.
