Security Data Engineer

Salary: $135000 - 231000 per year Requirements: We need familiarity with data lake architectures and proven security data management practices. We need experience with ETL tooling and workflows for large-scale data environments such as Spark or DuckDB. We need strong programming ability in one or more general-purpose languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or Scala. We need hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools in production, such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi. We need the ability to operate effectively in cloud environments and deploy code through CI/CD pipelines. We need someone who can work independently and own complex initiatives end to end. You must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance. Preferred: experience building high-volume log ingestion and storage pipelines. Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform security ecosystems and tooling. Preferred: experience supporting multiple access patterns for data stored in different formats, using tools other than Splunk. Preferred: experience with open table formats such as Iceberg or Delta Lake. Responsibilities: We will have you architect and build log aggregation pipelines for our infrastructure and applications. We will have you help develop and maintain a centralized security data lake. We will have you design and implement ETL workflows for security data ingestion, transformation, and storage. We will have you work with other teams to define best practices for data usage, including search functionality.
