Why this role matters: We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks and SDLC, with focus on Playwright-based test automation across UI and APIs for the 3th Party Integration. This role combines strong programming skills with a quality-first mindset, ensuring our applications are reliable, scalable, and production-ready. Your key responsibilities: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA to ensure quality across the SDLC Build and maintain test automation for REST APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM systems) Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright Implement end-to-end (E2E), integration, and API tests Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Contribute to shift-left testing practices and quality engineering initiatives Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test development Support performance and reliability testing where applicable What you'll bring Required: Hands-on experience as an SDET / Automation Engineer (mid-level) Strong experience with Playwright for UI test automation Solid programming skills in TypeScript or JavaScript Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, or similar tools) Understanding of test design patterns and automation best practices Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Understanding of software testing principles (functional, regression, integration) Experience we consider a plus: Knowledge of contract testing (e.g., Pact) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS platforms Experience with observability tools (Grafana, ELK, etc.) Exposure to AI-driven testing approaches or self-healing tests How you’ll benefit: Local benefits Additional benefits and perks will be shared and discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process #LI-KS1 There’s no perfect candidate.
